Preparation:

  • Ensure Compatibility: Check that your phone is running at least Windows 10, Android 6.0 or iOS 11.0. Older versions may not support the Company Portal app.

Installation Steps:

For Windows Users:

  1. Download the application from the Microsoft store 
  2. Install it by following the necessary steps. 

For Mac Users:

  1. Download the application from here

For Android Users:

  1. Open Google Play Store: Locate the Play Store app on your device and tap to open.
  2. Search for Company Portal: In the search bar, type “Company Portal” and press search.
  3. Install the App: Find the app published by your company or a verified publisher and select 'Install'.
  4. Wait for Download and Installation: The app will download and install automatically. Wait for the process to complete.
  5. Open the App: Once installed, open the Company Portal app.

For iOS Users:

  1. Open App Store: Locate the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and tap to open.
  2. Search for Company Portal: Use the search tab to find “Company Portal”.
  3. Download and Install: Click 'Get', then 'Install', and enter your Apple ID password if prompted.
  4. Wait for Installation: The app will download and install on your device.
  5. Open the App: Find and open the Company Portal app on your device.

Initial Setup:

  1. Sign In:

    • Action: Open the Company Portal app and log in using your company credentials, usually your company email and password.
